TJ’s words remind me of Monuments...deeply aware of our nation’s chaotic moment and its historical resonances. Some U.S. memorials must be removed to make space for Monuments that speak truth to power, that uplift, that demonstrate responsibility. TJ reminds me of that kind of monument.
